Ligon starts off with a solidly biblical approach to the subject -- Keller then steps in and uses an a-Biblical, semi-historical, emotional approach to undercutting our presuppositions all the while denying that he is not trying to affect our opinions.
I don't pretend to know a lot about Tim Keller, but I respect his friends so I'm willing to cut him some slack, but he really does a poor job of sounding like a man whose desire is to be faithful to the Word of God.
